When asked what she studied at the University of Delaware, Theresa's short answer is always "English." But those who know her best know that her true skills and interests lie in web development, specifically writing for the web.

As a writing intern for Bright Orange Thread, Theresa gained an incredible amount of insight about the web and how its users consume content. Science has never really been her "thing" but she does share the team's appetite for the research behind writing compelling, readable content for the web. In addition to copywriting, she gained experience with search-engine-friendly coding and developed an eye for user-friendly design.

After completing her internship, Theresa stayed on with the team to write copy and to address the information architecture of several clients' websites. She has played an integral part in many of the firm's projects and is currently expanding her skills to the blogging and social networking realms.
