Bob Cox is an expert in helping organizations build high performing human capital leveraging the OAD (Organizational Analysis and Design) model. 

He launched his own consulting practice to help small and midsize organizations leverage scientifically proven personality tests to work together better and hire efficiently.

Bob knows his stuff. In person, his expertise and passion are immediately apparent. 

Our job was to transform his in-person energy into a cohesive story and design that validates him with prospects.

Bob needed this site launched quickly with copy that captures the way he sounds and speaks in real life. To achieve this, we put him in the hot seat. 

We interviewed Bob like a prospect might and listened.

We were greatly aided by the fact that we had already worked with him in the past as Bob did OAD profiles for our own team members. This gave us more insight into his expertise, but also his personality. 

Our experience helped us communicate Bob’s expertise in Bob’s voice, using language his prospect would use.

Visually, we designed something that would help Bob stand out and connect with folks he met. 

Adding a picture of Bob in the hero-tile was a no-brainer—there’s no better way to visually connect an in-person encounter to an online encounter! 

Bold colors and clear calls to action deliver a strong first impression and help prospects take the next step.
