Problem

Create an Audience for McComsey’s Best Work

A picture is worth a thousand words. And McComsey Builders had an extensive portfolio of impressive work to talk about. But people weren’t seeing their beautiful work because they lacked an online and social presence.

Solution

Increase Leads and Traffic By Sharing on Social Media

Bright Orange Thread’s goal was to drive more traffic to the McComsey Website and increase leads by sharing their work on Instagram and Facebook.

We established a cohesive brand McComsey by designing a social media post style that distinguished their work from their competitors.

This elevated their appearance and helped them to stand out from the crowd.

We surveyed their work and created a curated calendar that balanced between show-stopping work and educational posts that highlighted McComsey’s approach. Behind-the-scenes looks into key projects to highlight the process and before and afters were achieved through the creation of project spotlights.

BOT began to regularly share projects and expertise on McComsey’s already established Facebook page. We built their Instagram following from scratch by inviting people to follow MComsey’s social media pages and through strategic tagging.

Impact

Significant Spike in Social Media Traffic Leads to More Website Visits

In the span of 4 months, we began to see promising results on both platforms. Facebook saw a 337% increase in reach and a 22% increase in likes. Instagram saw a 275% increase in reach and a 1,400% increase in likes.

Facebook saw a large spike in activity once we reoptimized the preexisting page and started sharing posts more consistently. From August to November, their newly launched Instagram page showed great growth and promise for the future.

We can see from these results that the client is being seen by more people than before and that more people are liking and engaging with their posts.

Going Forward

As evident from the graph below, McComsey is seeing growth in both their website and in their social media traffic.

The blue line represents all traffic to McComsey’s site from all sources. The orange line represents social media traffic exclusively.

These results show growth and momentum. If projects continue to be shared socially, these treads are expected to continue.
