About Bright Orange Thread

Bright Orange Thread is an inbound marketing and website design agency with sizable output.

We design and manage digital campaigns for clients that deliver measurable ROI for their marketing dollars. We are looking for a project manager to manage the BOT team to build email campaigns, landing pages, websites, social media posts.

What You’ll Do:

  • Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with project organization, tracking deadlines, and ensuring smooth communication between team members and clients.
  • Client Service: Provide timely support to clients, answering inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Document Management: Maintain organized and accessible files.
  • Content Updates: Make minor updates to webpages and emails using content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms, and marketing automation tools.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports for monthly marketing meetings with clients, compiling key metrics on campaign performance.
  • Streamline processes: Identify opportunities to improve project manage workflows.

How you will grow: 

How your first 1-2 years will progress…

Start as a admin assistant: you will learn our process, our tools, our team. 

Become a process documentation expert: once you know our processes, you will document them so when you take a vacation no one calls you with questions.

End as a project process transformation specialist: as you document our processes, you will note quirks, you will find friction. You will work with company owner to make improvements and implement new tools.

What You Bring:

  • A sharp eye for detail and an innate ability to spot gaps or inefficiencies.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace.
  • Strong communication and time-management skills to succeed in a remote-first environment.
  • A proactive, self-driven approach to work, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

  • We're fully remote. We were remote before remote was cool—even when some of us were in the Landenberg Headquarters, others worked in Boston, Florida, Austin, Philadelphia, or Newark.
  • Needed every weekday, daily meeting at noon. 30-40 hours per week.
