We design and manage digital campaigns for clients that deliver measurable ROI for their marketing dollars. We are looking for a paid search and social media marketer to help drive leads into our client's sales pipelines through paid Google and Social campaigns.

Job Description:

  • Stop users mid-scroll with compelling ad graphics and social content
  • Build social media calendar that corresponds to content schedule 
  • Plan and execute paid social and Google ad campaigns 
  • Ensure all materials meet brand standards 
  • Maximize client ROI by optimizing ad campaigns and budgets
  • Drive conversion rates by designing and experimenting with landing pages 
  • Provide transparency through reporting and dashboards that show results 

Desired Skills:

  • 0-2 years of experience building and managing paid ad and social campaigns 
  • Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram expertise 
  • Strategic vision to drive experiments and new initiatives

Other details:

  • Today, we're fully remote. But we were remote before remote was cool—even when some of us were in the Landenberg Headquarters, others worked in NYC, Lancaster, or Newark.
  • Flexible hours between our core hours of 8:00am to 4:30pm
