The One Exception

We rarely prescribe the same strategy and tactics for clients.

They’re just too different when it comes to the details like:

  • Target market
  • Goals

There is no one-size-fits-all solution for putting a stop to their random acts of marketing.

Well, perhaps I shouldn’t jump into ultimatums here because…

As we go through the onboarding process, we almost always notice one common thread.

Our new clients have been ignoring their actual customers.

This is the one exception.

It’s our belief that if you’re not actively staying in touch with your current customers through email, social media, phone calls, or whatever suits your company best, you’re missing an opportunity to grow business with them and gain their profit.

So, if there is one active marketing step to take without engaging an agency, start there.

Get that email campaign going.
