Their Homepage Barely Passed the Test

The last thing you want is for your website to fail its first impression.

People won’t hold back their critiques, either.

Take it from the evaluation of another company’s website, Tangibl Group.

Their homepage barely passed the test. 

One reviewer stated…

“This page is very outdated. Looks like I could’ve made it.” 

Another complained: 

“Navigating this site was extremely difficult.” 

Tangibl Group scored well with their retention of those who found what they were looking for on the site, but 25% of tested viewers did not think it was relevant to their search and would not continue on the site.

This is because Tangibl Group didn’t have a clear description of their work front-loaded on their site, leaving some viewers confused about what the company even offers.

Don’t let your first impression be a potential customer’s last impression of you.
