Would you board this plane?

Would you board this plane?

After hours of scouring the internet, a prospect just had one more question…

What would it actually be like to work with you?”

This is where most websites go silent.

Sure, if this prospect picked up the phone, you could dazzle them with your sales pitch.

But only about half of the possible buyers ever call.

Not providing that information is like asking someone to board a plane without telling them the destination, the flight path, or whether anyone else has ever made the trip.

Would you buy with that level of uncertainty?

Your website doesn’t just need to sell your solution—it needs to sell the experience of buying and working with you.

3 things buyers want to see on a site are…

If you’re wondering whether your marketing is ready for this shift, ask AI these three questions today:

☐ A clear process of working with you

Content that is an overview of what it looks like to work with you.

Showing clients the steps they will go through towards the end goal.

Typically done by revealing your…

  • onboarding process
  • fulfillment process
  • recurring processes

☐ An idea or example of what it’s like to choose you

Content that is…

  • An overview of the process of buying from you
  • a visualization of the final outcome

Typically done in a self-evident way (i.e., E-Commerce) or with an overview of how you and the prospect will agree to work together.

☐ Proof that you’ve done this before, and done it well

  • Reviews, testimonials.
  • Placed in the context of your content
  • More than 100 on Google
  • Extra points for video testimonials

All of that info exists.

You and your sales team say it 20 times a day. It’s just not written down clearly and precisely on your site.

These 3 items are pulled directly from our Answer Vault Audit.

If you’re not sure if your website is delivering this kind of clarity, go through the other 9 audit items.

This will help you determine if you have the answers your buyers are already looking for, and show you where they’re missing from your site.
